1. The service
BrightSight Atelier provides educational material and design exercises for board game creators. Course content is intended for learning and creative development, not a promise of publication, sales, audience growth, or professional outcomes.
2. Accounts and purchases
You are responsible for accurate information and for keeping account access secure. Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. A purchase grants access to the selected educational content for the permitted period described at checkout.
3. Content license
BrightSight Atelier retains ownership of its lessons, written materials, exercises, branding, and original frameworks. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for your own learning. Copying, resale, public redistribution, or automated extraction is not permitted.
4. Respectful conduct
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other learners, submit unlawful material, or reproduce another designer’s work without permission. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service and its community.
5. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, BrightSight Atelier is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of educational content or temporary service interruption.
6. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or law. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
